Payment Options

At Spine Align Chiropractic & Wellness, we want care to be accessible and convenient. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. We are also a participating provider with Medicare. For patients without insurance or those who prefer to pay directly, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Package plans and self-pay options are available for those without insurance coverage due to our membership with PCD - Preferred Chiropractic Doctor. You can receive discounts up to 25% off our rates. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care.
