Insurance & Payment Options

At Spine Align Chiropractic & Wellness, we want care to be accessible and convenient. We are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare.

For patients using other insurance plans, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

We also accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for services. Package plans and self-pay options are available for those without insurance coverage due to our membership with PCD - Preferred Chiropractic Doctor.  PCD is a Chiropractic PPO where for $37 you can join and receive discounts up to 25% off the cash plan rate. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care.
